I took my car to the garage yesterday . They said they got the wrong parts and I had to take the car again . Initially they said the charges to replace oxygen sensor was £242 but told later it was £282 . When I challenged that , Rikki called me a liar. He was very very rude . Never going to go back as very rude staff and very expensive
My experience of the team at Independent Garage in Chandlers Ford was first class. Communication was great, price was significantly better than the VW garage and completed my job in the timescales indicated. Very pleasant and professional throughout, I will return to this garage in the future.
Lovely atmosphere in the waiting area. A really friendly place with great customer service. Highly recommend.
Good quote for cam belt, water pump and MOT, all carried out efficiently and new courtesy Polo to use for the day. Much more reasonable than VW main dealers, and another independent quote. Friendly staff, sensible covid precautions.
Not very helpful and a bit of a rip off. Cost me £120 for them to spend an hour 'looking' at some breaks (they didn't repair or fit a single thing) I was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes so I asked again 'please just remove the wheel and drum casing to enable you to see the break inside' low and behold the break shoes were in pieces (having been told theres nothing wrong with them following the rolling road test they did which I didn't ask for and proved to be a waste of time) Returned a call to the garage today after they left me some punchy voicemails only to have the phone hung up on me. I have sourced new break shoes for both rear brakes and having these fitted by a friendly garage for the total sum of £120!! Vs £118 to take one wheel off and one drum casing (I have since done this myself as got car home and it took me a total of 8 minutes!!)
